14 2016 Water resources, under debate in Lisbon The event was attended by distinguished international speakers such as Henk Ovink The Roca Lisbon Gallery hosted, for the first time, a meeting of water resources specialists who came together to discuss opportunities for improving water use in urban centres and the role of Portuguese society in this area. The breakfast meeting was organized by THNK School of Creative Leadership and led by the Portuguese architect Livia Tirone. Amongst the speakers was Henk Ovink, the Dutch Special Envoy for International Water Affairs, and author of various publications on the issue. Other participants were Govert Bijl de Vroe, Dutch Ambassador to Portugal; José Silva Ferreira, coordinator of the Lisbon Drainage Plan; Dick van der Bergh, consultant from the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment, and Cecilia Correia, from DHI Group - Modelling the World of Water.
