12 2015 Architecture from different points of view in the series S, M, L, XL Revisited – 20 years Until this September, leading names from Portuguese architecture will be coming to the Roca Lisboa Gallery to debate the country’s different sector practices and visions The Roca Lisboa Gallery is organising S, M, L, XL Revisited – 20 years, a series of sessions dealing with different architectural practices, using the publication S, M,L, XLas its core, given its prestige and critical character. Renowned names such as Pedro Maurício Borges and Jorge Mealha are participating in some of the five sessions that make up the series, with the mission of sharing some of the different existing approaches and viewpoints on Portuguese architecture. S, M, L,XL is a huge book (by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas and Canadian designer Bruce Mau) that brings together a collection of essays, extracts from personal diaries, travel documents, photos, architecture projects, sketches and drawings made by the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (O.M.A) over the last twenty years. Two decades after the launch of the first edition, the publication remains a benchmark and a manifesto that revolutionised contemporary architecture. During the event, the diplomat gave a talk on current Spanish events and expressed his desire to establish a long-term relationship between the Chamber of Commerce and the Chinese city.
